Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (NQF Level 7) certified by SAQA
- Active registration with SA Council for Social Service Professions
- 7 years practical experience post-registration
- Valid driver’s license (exemption for persons with disabilities)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee delivery of social services for vulnerable populations
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations
- Supervise social workers and support staff
- Coordinate community development programs
- Provide client counseling and case management
- Monitor service quality in nonprofit organizations
