About the Role:
We seek an experienced Social Work Supervisor to oversee forensic assessment services and child protection operations within South Africa’s justice system.
Key Requirements:
- Active registration with SACSSP
- 7+ years practical experience post-registration
- Expertise in South African legal frameworks including:
- Child protection laws
- State Liability Act
- Public Finance Management Act
- Proven management/supervision experience
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead forensic social work services
- Supervise court-related child assessments
- Monitor implementation of parental responsibility agreements
- Manage expert witness coordination
- Oversee dispute resolution processes
