Position Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• National Senior Certificate
• Bachelor of Social Work degree
• Current SACSSP registration
• Valid driver’s license

Professional Experience:

• 7+ years post-registration social work experience
• Proven track record in complex case management

Key Responsibilities

• Team Supervision:
  • Guide social workers in case management
  • Monitor service delivery quality
• Client Advocacy:
  • Develop empowerment strategies
  • Address systemic barriers to social justice
• Program Implementation:
  • Oversee community interventions
  • Coordinate multi-agency collaborations
