- ECSA registration eligibility

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with water service regulations and tariffs
- Supervise technical operations and maintenance activities
- Investigate and resolve public complaints
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
- Manage financial administration and risk processes
- Coordinate with public stakeholders and contractors
