- Develop operational strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Manage project lifecycle from planning to execution
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and governance policies
- Lead budget planning and resource allocation processes
- Optimize team performance through effective people management
- Maintain service excellence through customer-focused initiatives
