Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for waste management operations
- Manage public inquiries regarding refuse removal services and associated costs
- Maintain accurate records for waste disposal and container transportation
- Coordinate departmental filing systems and archive management
- Document meeting proceedings and action items
- Administer service contracts and maintain container inventories
- Support budget monitoring and financial reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with municipal policies and financial regulations
