- Bachelor’s Degree in Law/Governance/Administration (NQF 7 with 360 credits)
- CIS Professional Advanced Certification
- 5+ years committee secretariat experience

- Advanced MS Office proficiency
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
