Position Details:

Employment Type: Full-Time Position
Location: KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
Experience Required: 3-4 Years Administrative Experience
Department: Human Resources Development

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Workplace Skills Plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Conduct comprehensive skills audits and needs analyses
  • Coordinate learning programs per Skills Development Act requirements
  • Manage internship programs and work integration initiatives
  • Serve as municipal liaison for education and training matters
  • Maintain training records and provide developmental guidance

Minimum Requirements:

  • National Diploma (NQF 6) in HR Management/Public Administration or equivalent
  • Valid South African driver’s license
  • 3+ years administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in relevant field
  • 4+ years experience in skills development administration
