Position Details:
Employment Type: Full-Time Position
Location: KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
Experience Required: 3-4 Years Administrative Experience
Department: Human Resources Development
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Workplace Skills Plans aligned with organizational goals
- Conduct comprehensive skills audits and needs analyses
- Coordinate learning programs per Skills Development Act requirements
- Manage internship programs and work integration initiatives
- Serve as municipal liaison for education and training matters
- Maintain training records and provide developmental guidance
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma (NQF 6) in HR Management/Public Administration or equivalent
- Valid South African driver’s license
- 3+ years administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in relevant field
- 4+ years experience in skills development administration
