About Our Organization
The Special Investigating Unit (SIU) is a statutory body established under Act No. 74 of 1996. We investigate corruption, malpractice, and maladministration in state institutions and administrations.
Position Summary
Role: ICT Committee Member (Contract Position)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight for ICT governance and risk management
- Monitor implementation of ICT Strategy and investment priorities
- Advise on ICT best practices and policy development
- Review enterprise architecture and cybersecurity frameworks
- Evaluate ICT project management and data analytics initiatives
Position Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/National Certificate in:
– Information Technology
– Computer Science
– Information Systems or related field
Experience:
– 8-10 years ICT management experience
– 3+ years board committee-level governance experience
– Public sector/SOE experience preferred
Technical Expertise:
ICT Governance • Security • Project Management
Data Analytics • Risk Management • Enterprise Architecture
Preferred Certifications:
ITIL • CISA • CISM • CISSP • TOGAF • PMP
