Position Overview
We seek a Site Coordinator to lead implementation of the Community Work Programme (CWP) at local level. This role ensures alignment with service delivery goals while maintaining compliance with program standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations across CWP sites
- Manage stakeholder relationships with local authorities and partners
- Prepare detailed progress reports (monthly/quarterly)
- Monitor participant enrollment and payment processes
- Oversee training programs and resource allocation
- Implement quality control measures and audit compliance
- Facilitate community engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Matric certificate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 3+ years project coordination experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational and communication skills
