Position Overview

We seek a Site Coordinator to lead implementation of the Community Work Programme (CWP) at local level. This role ensures alignment with service delivery goals while maintaining compliance with program standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations across CWP sites
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with local authorities and partners
  • Prepare detailed progress reports (monthly/quarterly)
  • Monitor participant enrollment and payment processes
  • Oversee training programs and resource allocation
  • Implement quality control measures and audit compliance
  • Facilitate community engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • Matric certificate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 3+ years project coordination experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
