Job Description

Position: Shunter Driver

Location: Rustenburg, North West

Job Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the prompt transport and efficient delivery of goods.
• Adhere to delivery procedures and maintain proper documentation.
• Manage the efficient operation of the delivery fleet.
• Handle stock returns effectively and efficiently.
• Collect crates and stock returns from customers.
• Maintain strict security of goods during transport.
• Minimize product losses through careful handling.
• Deliver and collect staff and materials as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Valid Code 10 Driver’s License.
• PDP (Professional Driving Permit).
• Formal qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an FMCG environment.

Knowledge and Skills

• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
