Core Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations:

• Execute marketing campaigns and events
• Manage tenant communications and relationships
• Oversee corporate social investment programs
• Monitor social media engagement and community management
• Coordinate gift card sales initiatives

Administrative Support:

• Maintain website content and digital platforms
• Prepare newsletters and marketing collateral
• Process invoices and manage department budgets
• Maintain marketing databases and archives
• Coordinate meeting schedules and documentation

Essential Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or related field
• Proven experience in retail/shopping center marketing
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
• Digital media proficiency (social platforms, basic design tools)
• Strong project management capabilities
