Key Responsibilities

  • Develop shopper marketing plans aligning with brand/category strategies
  • Lead end-to-end execution of retail activations and innovations
  • Create best-in-class point-of-sale materials and campaigns
  • Manage budgets and report on campaign performance metrics
  • Collaborate with brand teams, agencies, and sales departments
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis for continuous improvement
  • Translate shopper insights into actionable strategies

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field
  • Experience: 3-5 years in FMCG/retail marketing roles
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, digital tools, and data analysis
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of omnichannel retail dynamics
