Key Responsibilities
- Develop shopper marketing plans aligning with brand/category strategies
- Lead end-to-end execution of retail activations and innovations
- Create best-in-class point-of-sale materials and campaigns
- Manage budgets and report on campaign performance metrics
- Collaborate with brand teams, agencies, and sales departments
- Conduct post-campaign analysis for continuous improvement
- Translate shopper insights into actionable strategies
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field
- Experience: 3-5 years in FMCG/retail marketing roles
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, digital tools, and data analysis
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of omnichannel retail dynamics
