Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

Minimum Education: Matric Certificate
Experience Level: 6+ months retail experience preferred

- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences
- Maximize sales through product knowledge and upselling
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards
- Process transactions and handle customer inquiries
- Participate in stock management and inventory checks
- Implement promotional campaigns effectively

- Strong sales orientation with customer-first mindset
- Effective communicator with problem-solving skills
- Physically capable of standing/workings shifts
- Basic computer literacy
