Qualifications / Skills

  • Matric
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • CISTECH knowledge is an advantage

Experience Needed

  • At least 2 years in FMCG
  • Knowledge of seafood is an advantage

  • Honesty, integrity, and reliability
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision
  • A willingness to learn
  • Open to change and learning new systems
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good time management
  • Able to work in sub-zero temperatures
  • Able to work on public holidays and Saturdays

Job Purpose

  • An all-round shop assistant to help with merchandising, selling products, and handling customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandise products in the shop while following food safety standards
  • Treat customers professionally and assist with requests or complaints
  • Follow health and safety regulations
  • Take part in monthly or ad-hoc stock counts
  • Help in any department within the shop
