Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences
• Drive sales through team motivation and target achievement
• Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation
• Manage stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks
• Ensure accurate pricing and promotional signage
• Process transactions and handle cash management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store

Candidate Requirements

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate
• Passion for beauty products and retail environment
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic computer skills (email, Excel)
• Effective communication abilities
• Physical stamina for standing/moving throughout shifts
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends
• Problem-solving skills for customer queries
