Key Objectives:

• Handle all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
• Scan items correctly, process payments, and apply clubcard rewards with precision.
• Manage cash securely at all times.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and sign up new members to meet participation goals.
• Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
• Provide friendly, professional service as a brand representative.
• Keep the store neat and follow merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by upholding our values.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to assist customers effectively.

Knowledge Required:

• Basic math skills
• Retail or FMCG experience, including merchandising and promotions
• Understanding of stock management
