Job Description

Job Objectives:

• Carry out all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
• Scan items correctly, process payments, and handle clubcard rewards with precision.
• Manage cash securely at all times.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard actively and sign up new members to meet participation goals.
• Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
• Provide outstanding customer service as a brand representative, staying approachable and professional.
• Handle merchandising and store maintenance to meet visual and operational standards.
• Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by embodying its values.
• Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to give accurate advice to customers.

• Retail or FMCG experience, including merchandising and promotions

Minimum Requirements

Experience:
