Position Summary

Location: Brits, North West
Education Requirement: Matric Certificate
Experience: No prior experience required
Department: Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately at point of sale
• Maintain proper cash handling procedures
• Promote and enroll customers in Clicks Clubcard program
• Provide excellent customer service and product information
• Maintain clean and well-stocked checkout areas
• Implement current promotions and marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

Essential:
– Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
Preferred:
– Minimum 50% in Mathematics and English

Key Competencies

• Basic numerical skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Understanding of retail operations
• Good communication abilities
• Ability to work under pressure
