Job Description

Job Objectives:

  • Efficiently handle all point-of-sale operations in a timely way.
  • Maintain accuracy when scanning items and processing payments, including club card rewards.
  • Handle cash safely at all times.
  • Actively promote the Clicks club card and sign up new members to meet targets.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
  • Provide top customer service by acting as a brand representative, staying visible, and offering friendly, professional help.
  • Carry out merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store and visual standards.
  • Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by following our values.
  • Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to give accurate information to customers.
