Job Description

Key Objectives:

  • Efficiently handle all point-of-sale activities in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accuracy when scanning items and processing payments, including clubcard rewards.
  • Handle cash securely at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks clubcard actively and sign up new members to meet targets.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them feel good while saving money.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by acting as a brand representative, being approachable, and providing friendly, professional support.
  • Perform merchandising and housekeeping tasks according to store and visual standards.
  • Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty retail by embracing and promoting company values.
  • Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to give accurate information to customers.

Knowledge Required:

  • Basic math skills
  • Retail or FMCG background, including merchandising and promotions
