This role focuses on delivering excellent service through efficient customer support, point-of-sale operations, and in-store merchandising to create a positive experience for shoppers.

Job Description

Main Objectives:

• Carry out all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
• Scan items correctly, process payments, and apply clubcard rewards with high accuracy.
• Handle cash securely at all times.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard actively and sign up new members to meet participation goals.
• Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
• Provide top-notch customer service as a brand representative, staying approachable and professional.
• Perform merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store and visual standards.
• Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by embracing its values.
• Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to give accurate advice to customers.

Knowledge Required

• Basic math skills
• Background in retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), including merchandising and promotions
• Understanding of stock management processes
• Knowledge of excellent customer service
