This role focuses on delivering excellent service through efficient customer support, point-of-sale operations, and store merchandising to create a positive experience for customers.

Job Description

Key Objectives:

  • Carry out all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Scan items correctly, process payments, and apply clubcard rewards with precision.
  • Handle cash securely at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks clubcard actively and sign up new members to meet targets.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by representing the brand positively, staying approachable, and being friendly and professional.
  • Perform merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store and visual standards.
  • Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty retail by upholding its values.
  • Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to give accurate advice to customers.

Knowledge Required:

  • Basic math skills.
  • Understanding of retail and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), including merchandising and promotions.
  • Knowledge of stock management processes.
  • Skills in delivering excellent customer service.
