Job Objectives

• Carry out all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
• Scan items correctly and handle payments, including clubcard rewards.
• Manage cash safely at all times.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and sign up new members to meet targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
• Provide top customer service by being friendly, professional, and visible as a brand representative.
• Handle merchandising and store cleaning to meet visual standards.
• Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty shopping by following company values.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to give accurate information to customers.

Knowledge

• Basic math skills.
• Retail or fast-moving consumer goods background, including merchandising and promotions.
• Understanding of stock management.

Minimum Requirements

Experience:

• Preferred: Experience in a customer-facing role in retail or fast-moving consumer goods.

Education:

• Required: Grade 12.
• Preferred: 50% in Maths and English at Grade 12 level.
