Introduction

This role focuses on delivering excellent service through efficient customer support, point-of-sale operations, and store merchandising to create a positive experience for every customer.

Job Objectives

  • Handle all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Scan items correctly, process payments, and apply clubcard rewards with precision.
  • Manage cash securely at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks clubcard and sign up new members to meet participation goals.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
  • Provide outstanding service as a brand ambassador, always being approachable and professional.
  • Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards in line with store guidelines.
  • Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by upholding our values.
  • Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to give customers accurate advice.

Knowledge Required

  • Basic math skills
  • Understanding of retail and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), including merchandising and promotions

Experience:
