Introduction

This role focuses on delivering excellent service through efficient customer support, point-of-sale operations, and store merchandising to create a positive experience for every customer.

Job Objectives

• Handle all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
• Scan items correctly, process payments, and apply club card rewards without errors.
• Manage cash securely at all times.
• Promote the Clicks club card actively and sign up new members to meet targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
• Provide friendly, professional service as a brand representative.
• Keep the store merchandised and clean according to company standards.
• Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by following its values.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to assist customers properly.

Minimum Requirements

Experience:

• Preferred: Experience in a customer-facing role in retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)

Education:

• Required: Grade 12
• Preferred: At least 50% in Maths and English at Grade 12 level
