Introduction

This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling point-of-sale operations, and maintaining store merchandising to create a positive experience for customers.

Job Objectives

  • Efficiently manage all point-of-sale activities in a timely way.
  • Accurately scan items, process payments, and apply club card rewards.
  • Handle cash securely at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks club card and sign up new members to meet targets.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
  • Provide top-notch service as a brand representative, being friendly and professional.
  • Carry out merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store standards.
  • Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by following its values.
  • Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to give accurate information to customers.
