Shop Assistant / Cashier Opportunity – Clicks Group

Location: Umhlanga & Surrounding Areas, KwaZulu-Natal

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Minimum Education: Grade 12 Certificate
  • Preferred Qualifications: Maths 50%, English 50%
  • Experience: Retail/FMCG background preferred
  • Department: Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transactions accurately at point of sale
  • Maintain cash handling procedures and financial accuracy
  • Promote customer loyalty programs and special offers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as brand ambassador
  • Maintain store presentation standards and product knowledge
  • Support visual merchandising initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer interaction abilities
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Flexibility to work retail hours
