Job Description
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through store operations, transaction processing, and merchandise presentation in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Assist shoppers in product selection
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
Cashier Duties:
- Process cash/card payments and refunds
- Manage Lay By transactions
- Maintain accurate till balancing
Store Operations:
- Ensure proper pricing and product displays
- Monitor stock levels on sales floor
- Conduct security checks and stock counts
Requirements
- Strong customer service orientation
- Fluent English communication skills
- Retail experience preferred
- High energy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in dynamic team environment
