Role Purpose:
Deliver exceptional shopping experiences through efficient transaction processing, stock management, and customer service excellence in our fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash/card payments and handle customer transactions
- Maintain clean and well-stocked merchandise displays
- Assist customers with product location and queries
- Conduct accurate till balancing and reporting
- Support inventory management and loss prevention
Requirements:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Fluency in English (additional languages beneficial)
- Numeracy skills for cash handling
- Energy to thrive in dynamic retail environment
- Retail experience preferred but not required
