Position: Shop Assistant/Cashier (P27)

Qualification: Bachelors Degree
Experience: Prior retail experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and shopping experiences
- Process cash/card transactions and manage till operations
- Maintain product displays and ensure stock availability
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Implement merchandising standards and pricing accuracy
- Support inventory management and loss prevention efforts
- Maintain clean, organized store environment
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (English required)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic numeracy and cash handling ability
- Physical stamina for standing/stock handling
- Adaptable to fast-paced retail environment
- Team player with positive attitude
