Position: Shop Assistant/Cashier (P27)

Qualification: Bachelors Degree
Experience: Prior retail experience preferred
Department: Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and shopping experiences
  • Process cash/card transactions and manage till operations
  • Maintain product displays and ensure stock availability
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Implement merchandising standards and pricing accuracy
  • Support inventory management and loss prevention efforts
  • Maintain clean, organized store environment

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (English required)
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic numeracy and cash handling ability
  • Physical stamina for standing/stock handling
  • Adaptable to fast-paced retail environment
  • Team player with positive attitude
