Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately at checkout points
- Maintain cash handling procedures and financial accountability
- Promote customer loyalty programs and store promotions
- Provide exceptional customer service as brand representative
- Maintain visual merchandise standards and store cleanliness
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional offers
Candidate Requirements
- Matric certificate essential (Mathematics & English minimum 50%)
- Retail/FMCG experience preferred but not required
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused attitude with good communication skills
