Job Description

Job Objectives:

  • Carry out all point-of-sale operations quickly and efficiently.
  • Scan items accurately and handle payments, including clubcard rewards.
  • Handle cash safely at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks clubcard and sign up new members to meet participation goals.
  • Inform customers about promotions to increase sales and help them feel good while saving money.
  • Provide top customer service by acting as a brand representative, being approachable, and offering friendly, professional help.
  • Perform merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store and visual standards.
  • Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by following its values.
  • Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to give accurate information to customers.

Knowledge:
