Job Description

Job Objectives:

• Carry out all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
• Scan items correctly and handle payments, including club card rewards.
• Manage cash securely at all times.
• Promote the Clicks club card and sign up new members to meet targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
• Provide top-quality service by representing the brand, being approachable, and offering friendly, professional help.
• Handle merchandising and store upkeep to meet company standards.
• Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by following its values.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to give accurate advice to customers.

Knowledge:

• Basic math skills.
• Retail or fast-moving consumer goods background, including merchandising and promotions.
• Understanding of stock management.
• Knowledge of excellent customer service.

Minimum Requirements

Experience:
