Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions efficiently at checkout points
- Maintain accurate product scanning and cash handling
- Promote and enroll customers in loyalty programs
- Share information about current promotions
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain store presentation standards
- Keep updated on product knowledge
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate (Matric)
- Minimum 50% in Mathematics and English (advantageous)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic numeracy skills
- Availability for festive season work
