Core Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately at checkout
- Promote Clicks Clubcard program and store promotions
- Maintain cash handling procedures and POS operations
- Ensure merchandise displays meet visual standards
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
Required Skills
- Basic numerical proficiency
- Effective communication abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Understanding of retail operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Matric with 50%+ in Mathematics and English
- Prior retail/FMCG experience
