Job Objectives

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash securely and manage clubcard rewards.
  • Promote Clicks’ clubcard memberships and store promotions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service as a brand ambassador.
  • Maintain store merchandising standards and housekeeping.
  • Stay informed about products and promotions to assist customers.

Required Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge:

  • Basic maths skills
  • Understanding of retail merchandising
  • Stock management principles

  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication

Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 (Maths & English at 50%+ preferred)
