Position Type: Full-Time
Required Education: Matric Certificate
Experience Level: Entry-level (Retail experience preferred)
Location: Dundee & Surrounding Areas, KwaZulu-Natal
Departments: Retail Operations, Customer Service
Core Responsibilities:
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Manage cash handling following company security protocols
- Promote and manage Clicks Clubcard member signups
- Maintain clean, organized merchandising displays
- Provide exceptional customer service as brand ambassador
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
Required Competencies:
- Basic mathematics proficiency
- Familiarity with retail stock procedures
- Strong customer service orientation
- Effective communication skills
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments
Minimum Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Preferred: 50% pass in Mathematics and English
- Retail experience advantageous
