Job Description

Key Objectives:

  • Efficiently handle all point-of-sale operations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accuracy when scanning items and processing payments, including clubcard rewards.
  • Ensure safe handling of cash at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks clubcard and sign up new members to meet participation goals.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them “feel good and pay less.”
  • Provide top-notch customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, staying visible, and offering friendly, professional support.
  • Perform merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store and visual standards.
  • Support the company’s vision to be the top choice for health and beauty retail by embracing its values.
  • Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to give accurate information to customers.

Knowledge Required:

  • Basic math skills
  • Retail or FMCG background, including merchandising and promotions
