Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Carry out all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
• Scan items correctly, process payments, and apply clubcard rewards without errors.
• Handle cash securely at all times.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and sign up new members to meet targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
• Act as a brand representative by being approachable and delivering friendly, professional service.
• Follow merchandising and housekeeping standards to keep the store tidy and attractive.
• Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty shopping by upholding our values.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to give customers accurate advice.

Required Knowledge:

• Basic math skills for calculations.
• Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and promotions.

Minimum Requirements

Experience:

• Preferred: At least 50% in Maths and English at Grade 12 level.
