This role focuses on delivering excellent service through efficient customer support, point-of-sale operations, and in-store merchandising to create a positive experience for every customer.

Job Description

Key Objectives:

  • Carry out all point-of-sale tasks efficiently and on time.
  • Scan items accurately and process payments, including club card rewards.
  • Handle cash securely at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks club card and sign up new members to meet participation goals.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by representing the brand positively and offering friendly, professional help.
  • Handle merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store and visual standards.
  • Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by embracing our values.
  • Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to give accurate advice to customers.

Knowledge Required:

  • Basic math skills.
  • Background in retail or FMCG, including merchandising and promotions.
  • Understanding of stock management processes.
  • Knowledge of excellent customer service.
