Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Manage cash handling and clubcard reward processing
- Promote customer enrollment in Clicks clubcard program
- Highlight store promotions to enhance sales opportunities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service as brand ambassador
- Keep updated on product knowledge and company policies
Essential Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- Basic numerical proficiency
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in fast-paced retail environment
