Introduction
This role focuses on providing excellent service through efficient customer support, point-of-sale operations, and store merchandising to create a positive experience for every customer.
Job Objectives
- Carry out all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
- Scan items correctly, process payments, and handle clubcard rewards with high accuracy.
- Manage cash safely at all times.
- Promote the Clicks clubcard actively and sign up new members to meet targets.
- Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
- Act as a brand representative by being approachable, friendly, and professional.
- Handle merchandising and store maintenance to meet visual and store standards.
- Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty shopping by upholding our values.
- Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to give accurate advice to customers.

Experience:
