Introduction

Job Objectives

• Carry out all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
• Scan items correctly, process payments, and handle clubcard rewards with high accuracy.
• Manage cash safely at all times.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard actively and sign up new members to meet targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
• Act as a brand representative by being approachable, friendly, and professional.
• Handle merchandising and store maintenance to meet visual and store standards.
• Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty shopping by upholding our values.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to give accurate advice to customers.
