Job Description

Key Objectives:

  • Efficiently handle all point-of-sale operations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accuracy when scanning items and processing payments, including clubcard rewards.
  • Handle cash securely at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks clubcard actively and sign up new members to meet participation goals.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them feel good while saving money.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by being a brand representative—visible, friendly, and professional.
  • Carry out merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store and visual standards.
  • Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by embracing its values.
  • Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to give customers accurate information.

Knowledge Required:

  • Basic math skills.
  • Background in retail or FMCG, including merchandising and promotions.
  • Understanding of stock management processes.
  • Knowledge of excellent customer service.
