This role focuses on delivering excellent service through efficient customer support, point-of-sale operations, and in-store merchandising to create a positive experience for customers.

Job Description

Key Objectives:

  • Carry out all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Scan items correctly, process payments, and handle club card rewards with precision.
  • Manage cash safely at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks club card actively and sign up new members to meet targets.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by being friendly, professional, and visible as a brand representative.
  • Perform merchandising and housekeeping duties to meet store and visual standards.
  • Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty retail by upholding our values.
  • Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to give accurate advice to customers.

Knowledge Required:

  • Basic math skills
  • Retail or FMCG background, including merchandising and promotions

Experience:
