Job Description

Job Objectives:

  • Efficiently carry out all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high accuracy when scanning items and processing payments, including clubcard rewards.
  • Handle cash safely at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks clubcard actively and sign up new members to meet participation targets.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them feel good while paying less.
  • Provide superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, staying visible, and offering friendly, professional help.
  • Execute and maintain merchandising and housekeeping duties according to store and visual standards.
  • Support the group’s vision to be the customer’s first choice for health and beauty retail by living the company values.
  • Stay updated on products, ranges, promotions, and events to give accurate information to customers.

Knowledge Required:
