Job Description

Key Objectives:

  • Carry out all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Scan items correctly, process payments, and handle clubcard rewards with precision.
  • Manage cash securely at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks clubcard actively and sign up new members to meet targets.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
  • Offer friendly, professional service as a brand representative.
  • Handle merchandising and store upkeep to meet visual and store standards.
  • Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by living its values.
  • Stay informed on products, promotions, and events to give accurate advice to customers.

Knowledge Required:

  • Basic math skills
  • Retail or FMCG experience, including merchandising and promotions
  • Understanding of stock management
  • Knowledge of excellent customer service
