Job Description

Key Objectives:

  • Carry out all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Scan items correctly and process payments, including clubcard rewards, with high precision.
  • Handle cash securely at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks clubcard and sign up new members to meet participation goals.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by acting as a brand representative, being approachable, and offering friendly, professional help.
  • Perform merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store and visual standards.
  • Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty retail by following its values.
  • Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to give accurate advice to customers.

Knowledge Required:

  • Basic math skills.
  • Background in retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), including merchandising and promotions.
  • Understanding of stock management processes.
  • Knowledge of delivering excellent customer service.
