Job Description

Key Objectives:

  • Efficiently handle all point-of-sale activities in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accuracy when scanning items and processing payments, including applying club card rewards.
  • Safely manage cash transactions at all times.
  • Actively promote the Clicks club card and sign up new members to meet participation goals.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them feel good while saving money.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by being a friendly brand representative and offering professional assistance.
  • Carry out merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store and visual standards.
  • Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty retail by embodying our values.
  • Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to give accurate information to customers.

Knowledge Required:

  • Basic math skills.
  • Understanding of retail and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), including merchandising and promotions.
  • Knowledge of stock management processes.
  • Principles of excellent customer service.
