Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
• Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation
• Manage stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks
• Process transactions accurately and follow cash handling procedures
• Ensure compliance with all store operations policies
• Promote products through demonstrations and customer engagement

Candidate Requirements

• Matric/Grade 12 certification
• Passion for beauty products and retail environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Basic computer literacy (Email & Excel)
• Physical stamina for prolonged standing
• Problem-solving skills for customer inquiries
